I began my journey in QA over a decade ago, driven by curiosity and a strong conviction that quality extends beyond a mere checklist; it is the bedrock of exceptional products. Throughout the years, I've had the privilege of collaborating with startups and scale-ups across Mexico and the U.S., evolving from hands-on testing to leading high-performing teams and assuming executive roles.

My experience as a QA Manager and COO has taught me that meaningful impact occurs when strategy, technology, and culture align. Whether scaling a QA team from 2 to 16 engineers, launching internal tools to optimize operations, or implementing shift-left testing practices, my focus remains on developing systems—and nurturing people—that flourish.

Today, I assist companies in embedding quality at every level, from test automation frameworks to team culture and operational excellence. I firmly believe in leading with purpose, fostering deep collaboration, and continually prioritizing the user experience.
